1711 Kalorama Building & Massing Study.

Mary's Center, a nonprofit providing health care and social services to individuals and families in underserved communities, has found itself located in one of Washington DC's most rapidly gentrifying neighborhoods.  The segment of the population most in need of Mary's Center's help has slowly moved away from the Adams Morgan neighborhood.  Mock Architecture was asked to generate a massing and zoning study to determine the "highest and best use" of the land presently owned by Mary's Center.  A decision regarding the future development rights and/or the outright sale of the properties has not been made and the study is ongoing.
